    2. Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
      • Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

All other items (including Activewear, Baggy Workout Pants, Bags, Bottoms, Bodysuits, Boots & Clogs, etc.) are eligible for return or exchange within the 15-day window if the above conditions are met.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

1. Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to make it super easy!
2. Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions
Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
3. Package Your Item(s) Securely
Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible.
4. Ship Your Return
Send your package to the address provided in your instructions. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. We Process & Complete Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email and proceed with your exchange or refund.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your comfort includes knowing when your money is on its way back.

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Appearance on Your Statement: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received. Shipping for the replacement item is free.
