2. Your Account & Responsibilities

To place an order, you may need to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing a valid email address and accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may lead to delayed or lost shipments, for which we are not responsible.
• Ensuring you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We strive to display our products (including items like Adaptive Underwear, Balconette Bras, Baggy Workout Pants, and Boots & Clogs) as accurately as possible. However, please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and discontinue products without prior notice.
• Items in your cart are not reserved until you complete checkout.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipment confirmation email.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method.

Your card will be charged at the time of order placement. If a payment method is declined, your order will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Service Area: We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia.
• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on all orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only. Delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control. We are not liable for any import duties or taxes levied by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We believe in a perfect fit. Our standard return policy is designed to be hassle-free.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: You must first contact our support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Exchanges: For eligible items, we will ship the replacement free of charge once the return is received.
